2021年10月船舶拍卖市场评述
10月,随着政策压力加大,煤炭和铁矿石价格应声下跌,下游补库热情升温,运输需求持续释放,沿海运价进入上行通道。虽然当前正处于煤炭需求传统淡季,但由于煤炭库存低位,下游补库力度较大,加上冬储已经开启,后期随着水电资源枯竭以及冷冬预期影响,煤炭供需缺口仍然存在。国际市场方面,海岬型船自10月中下旬以来运价承压,日租金高位下滑,巴拿马型船和超灵便型船市场仍然积极上行,大西洋板块反弹较为明显。总体来看,中国船舶拍卖市场累计拍卖83艘次,成交49艘次,成交率59%,起拍价累计约55926万人民币,成交额累计49825万人民币,船舶拍卖数量继续增长,拍卖额不及上月。
一、国内市场运输热情重燃,船东多以运营为主
10月,国内下游市场采购热情较高,加上油价成本拉升,船东挺价意愿较强。根据拍船网(www.shipbid.net)统计数据,10月,中国船舶拍卖市场累计拍卖83艘次,环比增加10艘次,同比增加46艘次。其中,干散货类船舶拍卖18艘次,环比减少1艘次,液货类船舶拍卖11艘次,环比增加7艘次。成交率方面,本月累计成交49艘次,环比增加12艘次,同比增加27艘次,成交率为59%,成交率环比有所上升。
拍卖成交额环比下降。10月,中国船舶拍卖市场起拍价累计55926万人民币,环比减少58591万人民币,同比增加45597万人民币;成交额累计49825万人民币,环比减少46068万人民币,同比增加41918万人民币。

二、国际运输市场表现各异,沿海运输市场行情回稳
国际干散货市场总体向好,10月初海岬型船市场热度暴涨,随后由于发运港货盘受限,运价快速下滑,月末呈现回稳态势;巴拿马型船和灵便型船大西洋板块表现强劲,粮食货盘及煤炭货盘有所增加,日租金上涨较为明显;大型油轮保持稳中微涨的态势。沿海运输市场略有起色,虽然煤炭供应依旧吃紧,但受政策限价影响,下游贸易商补库力度增长,各货种运价在煤炭运价的带动下均有所上涨。
司法拍卖方面,本月拍卖船舶50艘次,成交22艘次,起拍价总额30312万元,成交总额18557万元;商业拍卖方面,本月拍卖船舶33艘次,成交27艘次,起拍价总额25614万元,成交总额31268万元。本月司法拍卖和商业拍卖船舶拍卖数量均有增长,司法拍卖成交额环比翻倍增长,商业拍卖由于本月拍卖大吨位船舶不多,成交额环比有所下降。
重点船舶拍卖情况,本月仍以干散货船成交为主.。“山东海昌”以1673万美元成交,“山东海盛”以11010万元成交,“天使力量”以6400万元成交。液货类船多艘流拍,成交仍然偏少,“开平油6”以453.5万元成交。其他船型方面,渔业用船本月成交增长,共成交8艘次,3526.3万元,工程类船舶成交3艘次,935.2万元,客滚类船舶成交10艘次,528万元。

october 2021
in october, the price of coal and iron ore falls as policy pressure increases, meanwhile the enthusiasm for replenishment in the downstream rises so the demand for transportation continues, and coastal freight rate is in the upward channel. although it is in traditional off-season of coal demand, due to low coal inventory, the downstream replenishment is relatively strong. winter storage is coming recently, for the depletion of hydropower resources and the expectation of coming cold winter, the gap between coal demand and supply still exists. in the international market, rate of capesize have been under pressure since mid-october, and daily rents have dropped from high level. market of panamax and supremax is still actively rising, and which of the atlantic basin has rebounded significantly. there are 83 ships auctioned in october and 49 are sold with transaction rate of 59%. the total starting price is about ¥559.26m, while the total transaction price is ¥498.25m. the number of auctioned ships continues to grow, while transaction price is lower than last month.
enthusiasm for domestic transportation is rekindled so shipowners mostly focus on operations.

the international transportation market performs variously, and the coastal transportation market stabilizes.
the international dry bulk market is generally improving. at the beginning of october, the capesize market surged, but due to limited activities, the freight rate falls rapidly, then shows a steady trend at the end of the month; the panamax and handysize performed strongly in atlantic basin with sufficient grain and coal activities, and daily rents have increased significantly. large-scale oil tankers maintain a steady growth trend. the coastal transportation market has improved slightly. although coal supply is still tight, due to policy price restrictions, replenishment of downstream traders has strengthened, and freight rates of various cargoes have driven by increasing coal freight rates.
in terms of judicial auction, there are 50 ships auctioned in october, of which 22 are sold. the total starting price is ¥303.12m, and the total transaction price is ¥185.57m. in terms of commercial auctions, there are 33 ships auctioned, of which 27 are sold. the total starting price is ¥256.14m, the total transaction price is ¥312.68m. number of both judicial and commercial auction increases this month. transaction price of judicial auctions has doubled while which of commercial auctions declined due to fewer large-scale ships.
followed are some specific auctions, mostly bulk carriers. the “shandong haichang” sold at $16.73m; “shandong haisheng” sold at ¥110.10m; “angelic power” sold at ¥64.00m; meanwhile, there are fewer tankers traded in october. “kaipingyou 6” sold at ¥4.535m. in terms of other ships, there are 8 fishery ships sold with the total price of ¥35.263m, increasing sharply; 3 engineering ships sold with the total price of ¥9.352m and 10 ro-ro passenger ships sold with the total price of ¥5.28m.
