2021年6月船舶拍卖市场评述
6月,气温升高,民用电负荷攀升,煤炭需求旺季来临,但由于部分工厂高炉限产、错峰生产,电厂日耗总体保持平稳。加上前期大宗商品价格上涨,市场调控力度加大,市场供应有所收紧,现货市场成交活跃度下降,空闲运力增加,市场运价总体有所下跌,船东买船热情有所降温,观望情绪渐浓。本月船舶拍卖艘次保持上涨,但大型船舶成交较少,成交额不及前期。总体来看,中国船舶拍卖市场累计拍卖76艘次,成交42艘次,成交率56.6%,起拍价累计约28818万人民币,成交额累计11245万人民币,成交额较上月降幅较大。
一、大宗商品价格调控加大,运输市场观望情绪渐浓
受大宗商品价格大幅拉涨影响,市场需求趋弱,成交下滑,运价应声下跌。根据拍船网(www.shipbid.net)统计数据,6月,中国船舶拍卖市场累计拍卖76艘次,环比增加16艘次,同比增加33艘次。其中,干散货类船舶拍卖24艘次,环比增加13艘次,液货类船舶拍卖5艘次,环比减少3艘次。成交率方面,本月累计成交43艘次,环比增加5艘次,成交率为56.6%,成交率环比小幅下降。
拍卖成交金额环比有所下降。6月,中国船舶拍卖市场起拍价累计约28818万人民币,环比减少15883万人民币,同比减少87万人民币;成交额累计11397万人民币,环比减少28624万人民币,同比减少3642万人民币。

二、煤炭价格偏高供货不足,沿海运输市场表现平淡
受安检、环保及产能因素限制,煤炭供应出现区域性偏紧,价格走势不明朗,导致产地发货意愿不强,市场商谈趋弱,成交停滞,沿海运价出现小幅下跌。国际运输市场则从疫情中加速恢复,且集装箱市场外溢效应增强,国际航线干散货运价高位波动。液货运输市场方面,国际原油价格持续上涨,市场需求良好,上游出货积极,运力偏紧,运价小幅上扬。
司法拍卖方面,本月拍卖船舶55艘次,成交29艘次,起拍价总额22482万元,成交总额8887万元;商业拍卖方面,本月拍卖船舶21艘次,成交14艘次,起拍价总额6335万元,成交总额2510万元。本月拍卖船舶吨位总体偏小,拍卖成交额大幅下降。
重点船舶拍卖情况,干散货船舶方面,“海燕8”9838吨散货船以658.56万人民币成交,“jia tai”3.5万吨散货船以920万美元成交。油运船舶方面,“中燃油供23”内河油船以292.33万人民币成交。其他船型方面,“迪海3”近海集装箱船以2576万人民币成交,工程船和客滚类船舶本月分别成交3艘次,渔业用船本月成交6艘次。

monthly analysis of ship auction market in china
june 2021
in june, with the temperature rises, the electrical demand of residents rises, and the peak season for coal demand is approaching. however, due to the limit or shifting peak production of some factories, the daily consumption of power plants has generally remained stable. to control the increase in the price of bulk commodities, the market regulation has been strengthened, the supply has been tightened, which causes lower spot market activity and more available capacity. the fallen market freight rate cools down the shipowners’ enthusiasm for buying ships and the wait-and-see sentiment is getting stronger. the number of ship auctions keeps rising this month, with fewer large-scale ships and lower transaction price. there are 76 ships auctioned in june and 42 are sold with the transaction rate of 56.6%. the total starting price is about ¥288.18m, while the total transaction price is ¥112.45m, dropped significantly.
the powerful regulation of bulk commodity prices makes the wait-and-see sentiment of the transportation market stronger.
affected by the sharp rise in commodity prices, market demand has weakened together with declined transaction and lower freight rate. according to data from www.shipbid.net, the total ship auctions of june are 76, which increase 16 mom and 33 yoy. among them, the bulk carrier auctions are 24, which increase 13 mom. the chemical & tanker auctions are 5, which decrease 3 mom. in terms of transaction, there are 43 ships sold, which increase 5 mom, with transaction rate of 56.6%, which slightly decrease from last month.
in june, the price of ship auction decreases from last month. the total starting price is approximately ¥288.18m, which decreases ¥158.83m mom and ¥0.87m yoy. the total transaction price is ¥113.97m, which decreases ¥286.24m mom and ¥36.42m yoy.

the coal supply is insufficient because of high price, and the coastal transportation market is flat.
restricted by safety inspection, environmental protection and production limitation, coal supply has been tight regionally, and price trends are uncertain. this has caused a lack of willingness of delivering, weak market negotiations, stagnant transactions, and a slight drop in coastal freight rate. the international transportation market ,on the other hand, has accelerated its recovery from the epidemic, and driven by the seething container market, dry bulk freight rate on international routes fluctuates at high levels. in the liquid cargo transportation market, crude oil price continues to rise with good market demand, upstream shipment is active, which makes shipping
in terms of judicial auction, there are 55 ships auctioned in june, of which 29 are sold. the total starting price is ¥224.82m, and the total transaction price is ¥88.87m. in terms of commercial auctions, there are 21 ships auctioned, of which 14 are sold. the total starting price is ¥63.35m, the total transaction price is ¥25.10m. the tonnage of auctioned ships is generally small in june, while the transaction price drops sharply.
followed are some specific auctions. in terms of bulk carrier, the 9,838dwt bulk carrier “haiyan 8” is sold at ¥6.5856m. the 35,000dwt bulk carrier “jia tai” is sold at $9.20m. in terms of tanker, the inland tanker "zhongranyougong 23" is sold at ¥2.9233m. in terms of other ships,the offshore container “dihai 3” is sold at ¥25.76m. besides, there are 3 engineering ships, 3 ro-ro passenger ships and 6 fishery ships sold.
